WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Stage 2: Team Registration

To secure your team place at ESF27, you must complete ‘Stage 2 – Team Registration’ within 7 days, which includes paying the initial deposit. Enter your Booking ID and email address when registering here.

STAGE 3 – BOOKING ACCOMMODATION

Once registered, Group Leaders will be emailed an accommodation booking link to forward to parents/guardians, who can then book online with a £30pp deposit.

Your accommodation booking deadline will be advised by ESF Events, but is typically 2 – 3 weeks after your team registration has been accepted.

Final balance payments are due 10 weeks before the festival.
